Tiene el sentido de “atravesar”, “pasar a través de” (una ventana, un bosque, una multitud…). Indica movimiento a través de una superficie “tridimensional”.

EXAMPLE:
· I love the feeling of the fresh air on my face and the wind blowing through my hair.
· The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness.
